Energy efficient
We use smart products to improve the efficiency of our homes. Our homes will help you save money every month by keeping your utility bills low.
Established neighborhoods
With a NeighborWorks Sacramento home, you get the best of both worlds: a newly renovated home with all the benefits of an established neighborhood, like mature trees, parks, access to public transportation, retail and services close by, and the irreplaceable character and charm of a neighborhood with its own history.
No Bidding Wars and a Fast Response
Our homes are not REOs or Short Sales. You won't have to wait months for an answer to your offer or get caught up in a bidding war with investors making cash offers.
FHA Eligible
Our homes meet the housing quality standards required for an FHA loan.
One-year warranty
We provide a free one-year home warranty from a well-known home warranty company with each home.
True Affordability
NeighborWorks Sacramento is a non-profit organization dedicated to the long-term success of our homeowners. We make sure our home prices are affordable to our customers. We'll never pressure you into buying a home you can't truly afford or push you to use a sub-prime loan.
Pre-purchase and Post-purchase support
NeighborWorks Sacramento staff works with you at every step of the home purchase process to help make sure you understand your household finances, your home and lending options, and your closing documents. After your closing, we're still here for you with post-purchase support. We can help make sure you understand the loan you have and answer questions that arise after your purchase.
Reserve Your Home While it's Under Construction
Some of our homes are still in the process of being renovated. But you can reserve it before the renovation is complete (and before it's listed in MLS). Once the renovation is done, we'll execute a purchase contract and you can close on your new home right away!
In some case, the price of the home isn't set yet. That's because we base the price on the final appraisal. If you are interested in a home that isn't priced yet, ask us about it! We'll put you on our reservation list, giving you an early opportunity to purchase the home once the price is set. The reservation list is free and you'll be under no obligation to buy the home.

Are You Eligible to Buy a NeighborWorks Home?
We offer homes for sale through a variety of programs that are designed to help low and moderate income households achieve homeownership. That means we have some income restrictions on our homes that vary from program to program. Our staff will help you determine which homes and programs you are eligible for.
