Renovation In Progress

NeighborWorks Sacramento acquires homes that have fallen into disrepair and renovates them to high standards for quality and efficiency.  And we provide a 1-year home warranty from a national warranty provider to give you added peace of mind.

If you are interested in one of these homes, you can reserve it while it is still being renovated!  Once the renovation is done, we'll execute a purchase contract and you can close on your new home right away.

In some cases, the purchase price of Renovation in Progress home is not yet set.  That's because we base the purchase price on the final appraisal.  If you are interested in a home that isn't priced yet, ask us about it!  We'll put you on our reservation list, giving you an early opportunity to purchase the home once the price is set.  The reservation list is free and you'll be under no obligation to buy the home.
